Job Description
Our Client is an Italian luxury retail company. They are now seeking for a Marketing Executive to assist Marketing Director in areas of ATL, BTL and any promotions or events as needed to ensure proper and smooth execution of all Marketing related activities in APAC region. To supervise the HK Retail Specialist for all the mktg related matters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in launch plan, marketing plan and media plan of APAC markets.
- Prepare monthly newsletter to Headquarter highlighting APAC key activities and achievements.
- Collect & consolidate all Media Plans, updates from markets.
- Check and confirm advertising layouts.
- Collect and consolidate all executed advertising campaigns (magazines, clippings, etc).
- Collect & consolidate all marketing plans, launch plans, launch reports.
- Works with markets to execute approved marketing plans.
- Check and confirm light box visuals.
- Check and confirm outpost layouts and visuals.
- Assist in the development of POS tools (product charts, display tools, etc).
- Involved in discussion of visual merchandising with Italy.
- Adaptation of guideline planograms for local markets using web program.
- Work with markets to execute proposed visual merchandising.
- Collect and consolidate counter pictures (new installations, new lightbox updates, new VM etc).
- Help in public relations related events/ issues.
Requirements:
- Skills: Need to know how to operate key computer programmes - Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Adobe.
- Knowledge: Must have ability to communicate well (spoken & written) in English. Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin and Cantonese is a need. Italian language knowledge is a plus.
- Experiences: Must be University Graduate with at least 2 years working experience (better if in Perfume & Cosmetic industry)
- Possess analytical mind to be creative and think out of box solutions.
- Have an eye for details.
- Can be flexible but within approved guidelines.
