Roles and responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Manager to oversee day-to-day project coordination & administration work
• Maintain effective communication with key accounts, creative teams & other professionals
  
• Work closely with creative teams and third party resources to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and with outstanding quality
• Assist to prepare advertising proposals
• Assist to prepare presentations and client support

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or other related disciplines 
• At least 2 years working experience, candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Assistant.
• Experience in managing video production, digital and event management a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Well-organised and highly responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
