Job Descriptions:

• Assist in the regular updates & enhancement of internal CRM system (Oracle NetSuite’s CRM)
• Provide analytical support to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and design reports to measure success of customer engagement, development and retention efforts
• Plan and develop new data to strengthen the existing customer data base.
• Maintain quality and active customer database to support client communication and prospecting
• Provide maintenance of corporate website, from sourcing of vendors, graphic development, content management to on-going enhancement
• Manage, analyze and implement SEO to improve organic search ranking and traffic
• Assist in the planning, creation and arrangement of online advertisements and regular content via social media channels to build brand awareness and source new potential customers
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Admin or related academic discipline preferred
• 2-3 years' relevant experience in managing website, CRM, SEO and social media management preferred
• Hands on experience in Oracle NetSuite’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Adobe Image software and proficient in MS
• Attention to details with good analytical skills
• Able to work independently, proactively but also collaboratively with other departments
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
