The client is now looking for seasoned and talented Production Manager. You will report directly to the Client Service Partner and is responsible for liaising with Client Service team and the central procurement team to ensure that services to the customer are delivered to specification and on time.  This position is to serve as a vital communications link to the Account Managers and Client Marketing team, by ensuring that internal customer expectations, in terms of price, quality and delivery, are met. You will have significant technical print knowledge and will have previous experience in a print management company or printers.

Key skills and expertise

• Demonstrable experience in managing production orders so they are delivered timely, to specification and met the quality specifications
• Work with the internal team members to coordinate print production schedules, print specifications, quotations and billing. Initiate requests for customer & supplier purchase orders
• Seek out new opportunities within the client’s business for growth
• Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of the company, and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their print.
• Providing technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standards. 
  
• Manage internal workflow and direct outside vendors in a various executions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service.
• Excellent industry manufacturing knowledge, with strong organizational and project management skills. 
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing print and retail POS/Commerical Print and Packaging environment, with strong project management background and comfortable analysing and interpreting financial data and produces accurate reports.
