Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a enthusiastic and pro-active marketing executive / Senior marketing executive, who is willing to grow with the company and targeting a fast track to managerial grade in a start-up environment.

• Plan, develop and implement online / social media campaign
• Develop, execute and track all media channels and online platforms
• Brand building related tasks such as preparing giftbox / premiums to tenants.
• Assist in writing contents for marketing and communication collaterals including eDM, brochures, App and website contents
• Any marketing campaign that may attract potential landlord or tenants.
• Communicate with tenants/Landlord to understand their needs.
• Perform any other Ad Hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Marketing, Digital media, Communications, e-Commerce or related disciplines
• 1-2 years working experience, experienced in marketing will be a definitely advantage
• Attitude and passion are more important than experience
• Be good at communication, presentation & project management with strong business & numerical sense
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good Command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Officer
• Fresh graduate will be also welcomed
