Responsibilities:

• Explore new business opportunities to forecast and achieve assigned target;
• Deliver professional research reports and digital marketing proposals to client. Prepare sales materials, presentation and suggest new market opportunities;
• Focus on customer satisfaction, account growth and expansion of services provided;
• Follow assigned accounts, respond effectively to urgent or sensitive issues;
• Monitor the entire service delivery progress, work closely with internal creative and project team, as well as external vendors to build long-term relationship with clients. Manage clients’ enquiries and expectation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in account servicing or client relationship management position, preferably in digital marketing field; less experienced candidate could consider to be account executive;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Familiar with different digital marketing channels including website, search engines, forums and social media in both Hong Kong and China is a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good negotiation, aggressiveness, and problem solving skills;
• Able to work under tight schedule and pressure
