You will be responsible to provide support with internal and external business interactions across Greater China region and oversea countries. As an Event Marketing Officer, your responsibilities will include:

•  Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans ,in line with our goals and define resources to support it
• Explore and build relations with different stakeholders and potential partners in joint marketing activities;
• Drive all kinds of events including (local and overseas) workshops, office tours and industry conferences, etc.
• Gather resources and collaborate with team and subcontractors to deliver projects according to plan.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating progress of projects and ensure all of them are on schedule.
• Prepare marketing materials including sales collateral, training, presentations, counter cards, posters etc.
• Handle departmental hotline, answer customer enquiries and follow-up
• Conduct market intelligence
• Ad hoc project support as assigned by Manager

   Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or any related discipline;
• 2 year solid experience marketing field, preferably in people service industry;
• Hands on experience in press release writing, copy writing of communication materials, promotional campaigns, social media, website and event organization; or knowledge in psychology and SEN preferred;
• Excellent presentation, organization, interpersonal, communication skills and relation building with all levels;
• Pro-active, can-do attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and able to handle multi-tasks ;
• Excellent in written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin is a must;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing.
