Job Description

Established in 1991, Super X (SX) is an interdisciplinary retail, exporting and OEM sportwear brand that cultivates the intersection of garment, innovation, healthcare and commerce. Trademarked in 1995 with retail POS, distribution outlets and custom-made team wear with its original focus on Basketball, SX started to invest in R&D for technology functional sport apparel and collect its first patent in 2009 with the Air Insulation Technology (X Air) and ultra-soft green apparel (X Tender). SX joined forces with ACCAPI from Italy which started its R&D in Milan since 1984 with its original focus on technical socks for all sports. Combined both expertise in the garment industry, the group started to diversify in the production of technical performance base layer with the associated line of patented technologies – ACCAPI FIR (FarInfraRed), AEC, EQT, Crystal Trama Tech and most recently (2018) ACCAPI Wave Trama Tech, to address specific individual needs in ready-to-wear Performance, Recovery and Wellness solutions. The group of wearable health technology business expanded in Europe, Russia, Scandinavian countries, Japan and China recently.

 

With the rapid business development in Asia Pacific markets, we are looking for Creative & Digital Marketing Executive to creative and executive SX solutions to target online customers.

Candidates must have strong senses in e-Commerce and social media communication, a collaborative spirit and a passion for FashionTECH. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young, dynamic and elite team critical to SX’s success. This team helps to fuel the innovation and growth of SX’s core products and offers the ability to have a significant impact. This position is full-time and will be located in our Hong Kong office.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus on e-Commence, Digital Marketing, Creative Media or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 year of experiences in Online Advertising, Digital Marketing, Social Media & KOL Management or related field. Working experiences in CRM and data security shall be an advantage.
  • Hands on experiences and related connections in online shopping channel, influencer and professional networks shall be an advantage.
  • Practical skills in web content management, SEO/SEA, photo and online video editing. Proficient in Wordpress, Opencart, Photoshop, indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamwaver shall be an advantage.
  • Creative and well-organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Japanese, French or Spanish reader shall be an advantage.
  • Interest in social media networking and visual technologies to digitize marketing images and optimize online shopping experiences in everyday terms.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented team player, able to excel in fact-pace and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

 

 

Daily Responsibilities include:

  • Identify and implement key digital marketing strategies in driving traffic and sales to SX website, online shop and social media channel.
  • Update promotional content on a regular basis on SX website, online shop and social media channel.
  • Implement new concepts, ideas, visual technologies and themes to expand key digital metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion.
  • Execute day-to-day digital sales & marketing campaign to drive online-to-offline business and product awareness through self-owned and strategic partner platforms.
  • Work closely with Marcomm team and agency to achieve assigned targets and provide delightful shopping experience to customers.
  • Coordinate with Information Technology team, Design team and translation agency to ensure all online contents are integrity and represented as the business enquiries.
  • Daily online research on social media and business news. Dive into data for insight, ideas and evaluation

 

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Creative & Digital Marketing Executive
