Responsibilities:

• Manage the articles for association’s publication.
• Responsible for information searching and assist in maintaining and updating corporate website.
• Assist in handling events and marketing activities including conference, exhibition, seminar and other related job assignment.
• Handles enquiries, general clerical and administrative work.

Skills / Requirements:

• University degree holder, with minimum one year experience in editorial works.
• Excellent command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English.
• Demonstrated writing and editing ability.
• Self-initiative and responsible, well organized and detail-minded
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Proficient in computer skills, documentation and filing system.
• Strong interest in printing and publishing is definitely an added advantage.
• Immediate available preferred.
