Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and implement events and promotional activities to facilitate AI and Robotics development
• Prepare marketing collaterals, invitations and related checklist for various activities
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee workshops, meetings and other activities as required
• Provide all-rounded administrative support to the team
• Provide client services for AI and Robotics related facilities and services
• Maintain the database for client and related partners
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing or other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience, including hands-on experience in event management, digital marketing, administrative support and client servicing
• Exposure in technology related industries is an advantage
• Meticulous, well-organised, self-motivated and a good team player
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and tight schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in PC applications including Chinese word processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer, Robotics Platform
