Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business through various channels
• Introduce and explain wealth management products and services to high net worth customers
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer concerns
• Cooperate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and issues
• Perform duties in accordance with operational guidelines
• Occasionally serve customers on weekends and outside of office hours
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks  

Requirements

• Diploma holder in any disciplines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with exposure in Mainland China
• Experience of serving various high net worth clients
• Responsible, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure 
• Fluent in Portugues
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Less experience will be considered as Junior Business Development Officer
• HKID card holder is required
