Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintain online stores daily operations, including content management. order fulfillment and customer service.
- Assist in stock management.
- Create product content including product description, photo and video.
- Engage in the communication with customers in a timely and friendly manner.
- Support cross-department projects as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year experience, experience in e-commerce industry will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and photo editing is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
