Job Description:

• Work closely with internal parties on Sales & Marketing activities
• Maintain resources to support both marketing and sales team
• Maintain relationship with partners, company’s social media platforms
• Create high quality customer facing material content to meet the needs across a diverse customer base including press releases, feature articles, presentation materials, brochures, eDMs, website and Facebook from copywriting to design and production

• Assist preparation of events, booking venues and order marketing materials for marketing eventsas required
• Preparing sales report, sending out sales lead for the sales to follow up and collecting the feedback from sales

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• At least 1 year relevant working experience is preferable
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, positive-thinking, self-motivated, and a good team player

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

• Immediately available is preferred
