Responsibilities

•       Content creation and formulate content calendar for our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram primarily)
•       Day-to-day social platform, website and community management 
•       Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, Email, Display, etc.
•       Developing marketing materials
•       Evaluate performance of campaigns and social media/content platforms, and provide regular reports
•       Assist in any other ad-hoc projects, such as roadshows, event planning

Requirements

•       Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields
•       1-2 years of relevant experience in social media and digital marketing preferred. 
•       Active social media users and familiar with what goes viral a definite advantage
•       Good Chinese and English writing skills
•       Good attitude with detail minded, creative, self-motivated and willing to learn
•       Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics / Adwords and etc. a plus
•       Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, video editing skills a plus

Step Up Dance Studio is a dance studio focusing on Latin Dance and Ballroom Dance.  We were established in 2013.  Currently we have 5 studios located in Kwun Tong, Sheung Wan, Prince Edward, Shek Mun and Tin Shui Wai; and a back-office in Kwun Tong.
