Responsibilities:

• Provision of marketing support to regional marketing team
• Product Development

-      Management of product information portfolio, launch promotions & events and training details

-       Design input and content on brochures, launch packages & gimmicks

-       Creative coordination of product logo, packaging and photos shoots

-       Centralization of latest marketing related files for marketing group use

• Marketing Literature - Development of electronic and printed materials
• Local congress and events support
• Management of Document Control Review approval process
• Management of corporate website (artwork and content)
• Administrative support
• Coordination on creative inputs with designers, photographers and vendors
• Product complaint handling

Requirements:

• Proficient in written and oral English, Windows PowerPoint and Excel
• Detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks, good communication skills, self-motivating with drive to get things done
• Flexibility in traveling, ability to work both independently and with counterparts from various time zones
• At least 2 to 3 years’ relative experience in basic marketing
• Undergrad degree
