The company is currently hiring an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for its new and existing hotels as well as serviced apartment brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop a unified brand and marketing strategy across the various business units in the organization
• Work closely with other business units to design and drive overall internal and external marketing calendar and events
• Lead the overall creative process and develop ATL & BTL (offline and online) marketing contents, including traditional and digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, social media, EDM, SEO/SEM, events, press release/lifestyle content write-up, etc.
• Work closely with sales team and other business units to implement an integrated marketing strategy and vision
• Communicate with hotel operations team to implement marketing plans and enhance business performance
• Closely monitor hospitality market trends and competitors to generate insights and advocate best practice marketing innovations, and recommend relevant changes to marketing and business development strategies
• Manage and work closely with external vendors to implement marketing initiatives
• Be accountable of annual marketing budget, including budget planning and cost control to maximize marketing ROI and cost effectiveness
• Regular KPI/ROI analysis to identify opportunities and area of improvement, and enhance overall marketing implementation
• Conduct monthly and annual marketing, product, and promotional forecasting, in line with the brand retail target, provide input to help improve team forecasting accuracy.
• Formulate and conduct objective performance measurements to support our long-term branding objectives

 Requirements

• Bachelors Holder in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years related work experience in the hotel & hospitality industry, real estate or property development industry
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to build new hotel and property brands
• Enthusiastic and committed to delivering high quality work in a collaborative environment through good communications and teamwork
• Willing to experiment with new concepts and approaches. Comes up with creative solutions to difficult problems
• Able to handle multi-tasks, work under pressure, and deal with tight multi-projects deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in both oral and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Willing to work according to events schedule and travel to China and overseas
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in graphic and design software is an advantage.
