Job Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management and sales team
• Support ad hoc projects, data mining and market researches
• Assist revenue budget and forecast exercise
• Support the partnership programs with key customers
• Monitor and coordinate with general sales agents in Asia Pacific 
• Support organization for Trade Fairs, customer events and internal summits
• Source, produce and manage promotional items and collateral materials.
• Support internal and external communication:
• Internal communication: amongst others internal corporate announcements, news update, organizational issues, and commercial issues.
• External communication: press releases, flight schedules, rate sheets, and website.
• Assist in preparing presentations to customers or internal summits and speeches for Senior Management.

Qualifications: 

• Degree holder or equivalent combination of education is required.  A candidate with more experience may be considered for a more senior position.
• Very specialized in Excel functions including pivot table, database management and VBA programming.  High proficiency in standard office software:  Power Point, Word, Outlook (MS Access) software programs.
• Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills in reporting and analysis.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills in spoken, written English & Chinese.
• Mature, independent and result-oriented.
• Demonstrates ability to work under time pressure and in a fast paced environment.
