Job Description

We are now seeking a Community Operations Manager for our SmartRocket Retail Information business.

Based in Hong Kong and working with senior staff, you will develop and manage the Hong Kong, China & Taiwan SmartRocket (www.smart-rocket.com) Mobile Workforce Communities, managing online and offline recruitment campaigns, community activation and ultimately ensuring that SmartRocket projects are executed on time, within budget and to our client’s satisfaction.

 Desired Skills & Experience

• Native level fluency in reading, writing, speaking English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
• 12 months+ experience in a Market Research, Advertising, Marketing or other B2B services environment
• Good command of Microsoft Excel essential 
• Ability to create social media, blog posts and community communications (visual and written content)
• Experience in managing an online or offline community, freelance staff an advantage
• Experience with retail audit, retail marketing research or similar an advantage
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
