Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the development, planning and execution of all on -line and off-line marketing and PR activities.
- Responsible for marketing and project planning to enhance the brand awareness at both corporate/group level and for individual business units.
- To closely work with inter-departments for new businesses launch and formulate marketing and promotion plans to drive market awareness in a cost effective manner.
- To support branding guidelines development and websites revamp, supervise teammates to develop high quality brand communications, including all external marketing materials to internal communications to staff and stakeholders as well as school materials.
- To review digital marketing strategies, implement effective digital marketing activities, from SEO, SMO, content marketing, social media management as well as regular website content updates and stakeholders communications and so on to maximize awareness and induce engagement.
- To organize the group’s annual corporate and inter-schools anchor events, parenting and educational seminars and so on to achieve designated marketing results. Responsible for rundown planning, guests and press relations, overall events related production and publicity, on site event management and internal coordination.
- Follow up with strategic partners for joint promotion activities.
- Regular reporting to keep monitoring results, budget and expenses.
- Support in team building and staff development.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing/Communication preferred.
- Over 7 years integrated marketing experience, advantageous with solid digital marketing experience or/and with new businesses/products launch marketing experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, projects management and organization skills.
- Good team leader and player; have passion in education industry and marketing; with entrepreneur mindset and can do attitude.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more marketing experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Manager.
