Job Description
Job Scope:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Direct Business Function.
- Day to day liaising and coordinating with both internal and external parties on
business operation needs
- Assist in performing data entry, compiling related reports and handling incoming and
outgoing mails
- Perform ad hoc takes as assigned by supervisor
Experience & qualifications:
- Diploma or above
- At least 1 year’s relevant working experience in a sizable company
- Proficient PC skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Detail-minded, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
