Reporting to the Head of Communications & Marketing, Asia Pacific, you will assist in the following:-

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize PR, marketing, CRM and in-store sales events in Hong Kong and other APAC regions including Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, and Macau.
• Liaise with production houses, catering providers, agencies and other different parties during pre and post-event periods.
• Brainstorm creative contents with different online platforms for marketing purposes
• Plan and execute various types of marketing activities to create brand awareness intending to expand the existing database.
• Handle media inquiries by providing them with various information about the brand and seasonal collections
• Pitch online and print media on product features, brand stories, and other marketing campaigns
• Responsible to brainstorm, plan and execute seasonal VIP gifting programmes
• Responsible to draft press releases, and translate different press releases & marketing materials 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Public Relations, Communications or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry
• Efficient & attention to details, meticulous, proactive, initiative and responsible
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, creative, self-discipline, able to work under pressure and to meet a tight schedule
• Able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with good verbal presentation skills; knowledge of Italian is a plus
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
