Responsibilities:

• Keep track of the business direction and strategy;
• Manage to plan and maintain smooth operation of the lab;
• Responsible for planning, management, implementation, and tracking of projects / events;
• Identify and evaluate revenue streams and effectiveness;
• To pitch commercial sponsors or government subsidy from the government for events;
• Document, monitor and review the progress of projects and prepare relevant reports and proposals;
• Perform administration and logistic duties to the office and
• Perform other duties as and when required.
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree holder;
• With at least one year working experience in co-work space, incubator centre or NGO;
• Experience in event, public relation and project management is a must;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, fluent in spoken Cantonese is a must;
• Creative, self-motivated and interested in arts and culture;
• Ability to work independently but also work as a team, strong communication skills and can work under pressure and tight schedule;
• Experience in film and media is an advantage;
• Fluent in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Able to work under flexible hours;
• Pleasant and outgoing character and
• Immediate available is highly preferred
