Job Description
Job Duties
- Responsible for the overall performance of the brand by establishing product development & 5P strategies for China Market
- Assist to explore new product opportunities and potential strategic partners with relevant promotion ideas
- Assist to develop promotion campaign in accordance to the brand strategy
- Analyze business trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
- Conduct regular business review presentations to the management
- Providing marketing supports to sales team in executing customer sales plan smoothly
Requirements
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
- Min. 5 years solid experience in brand or product MKT in the field of Pet/FMCG sectors in China
- Experience in relationship building with Research & Development team will be advantage
- Experience in New media, including wechat/KOL...online media
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in brand building and positioning
- Creative, people-oriented, hard work, dynamic with strong market sense
- Strong in communicating skill from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
- Small Pet Lover preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Willing to travel to China
- Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Manager
