Job Description

Working in the Marketing and Communications Department, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following areas:

Responsibilities:

  • Devise integrated marketing and communications program for promoting the organsiation’s girls fund /children protection fund and other one-off donation projects 
  • Prepare campaign evaluation reports for continuous improvement 
  • Assist in planning content, writing copies, managing advertising for social media platforms such as Weibo, WeChat, Facebook, YouTube and other new media channels
  • Assist in managing external agencies and internal departments for production of promotional materials  
  • Support donor activities and organisation events
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, New Media or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
  • Have a good command of written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated with great attention to details, creative flair and a multi-tasker
  • Good at Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, knowledge in using CMS are preferable
  • Agree with Plan International’s mission and vision and observe strictly to data privacy and policies of safeguarding children and young people
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
