Total Media Limited, a multimedia publishing house, is looking for a General Manager to oversee the whole business operation and to manage a team of highly motivated sales and marketing managers.

Responsibilities 

• Develop sales and marketing goals and strategies to achieve revenue
• Forecast the annual budget
• Create new marketing initiatives, corporate branding, promotional activities, public relations building and corporate events
• Develop business relationships and network with potential partners
• Assist in identifying promotion strategies, propose and manage budget in line with business strategy
• Develop digital plan to execute new media in its marketing and public relations strategy
• Establish digital initiatives include developing areas of blogging, search engine optimization, publishing platforms, Facebook, Twitter and other social media opportunities

Requirements 

• First class presentation and relationship building abilities
• Strong management skill and be able to drive revenue and growth of the organization
• Hands on skill in developing and implementing short and long terms business strategies and drive for success
• Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential
