This company is a leading multinational asset management firm with a highly respected brand and presence in Hong Kong and around the world.  An opening exists for a senior and experienced e-business/e-channel and pension industry professional with in-depth knowledge and understanding of pension products and the industry to join the organisation in Hong Kong.

In this Hong Kong-market focused role you will research and develop a competitive life and retirement pension product proposition and multi-channel distribution and sales/service model with a focus on customer acquisition, loyalty and engagement.  You will design a business development roadmap coordinated with local and global projects and initiatives and will conduct ongoing performance reviews.  Collaborating with local and international cross-functional internal teams will also form a major part of your role.

Requirements
 - Minimum of ten years in e-business, e-channel or digital distribution and digital project management
 - In-depth knowledge and understanding of retail MPF and ORSO pension products and the industry
 - Business savvy and commercial acumen
 - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with local and international teams
 - Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese
