We are a project administrator group. On behalf of our client to cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for an Investor Relation Director/Manager:

Job Description:

• Prepare marketing and fundraising materials
• Liaise with internal departments like Chairman office and profit and cost centres to understand the value and focus of the company
• Constantly updating the business strategy & maintaining and growing IR network
• Effective communicating with investors, potential investors, shareholders, media where the company was and where it is going
• Develop and maintain a good network with institutional investors and HNW
• Understand the capital structure of the company and be able to monitor and advise on capital market activities
• Understand the regulatory requirements and be in compliance with disclosures requirements
• Formulate long term marketing and communication strategy with a full understanding of the management intention and the expectations of its audiences and the business strategies and models
• Formulate media PR and IR risk management contingency plan
• Be able to mobilize third-party service providers
   
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in finance, economics, corporate communication/ PR or related disciplines
• A minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably in listed companies, financial institutions/ services/ media or PR agency.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with people effectively;
• Open mind and adaptability, mature with a pleasant manner
