Job Description
Job duties
- Update and maintain all social media accounts, website and database on a daily basis (Facebook page, Instagram, Website)
- Prepare and organize promotional, advertorial and event materials and make promotion menu for shop
- Communicate with media and follow up on Ad Hoc duties as assigned
- To handle order processing and follow-up
- To coordinate with supplies to ensure timely and smooth shipping arrangement
- Conduct market research and compilation of reports
- Solving for customer gift and Design leaflet.
- Ordering and Purchasing job duties.
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and AI would be an advantage.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in F&B will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, presentable and good communication skills with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and be responsible
- Proficient in using MS Words, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Chinese Typing
- Proficient in using Photoshop / AI / SNS
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is highly preferable
