Reports to Operations Manager

• Assist Operations Manager to perform various operations in Hong Kong and supervision in Macau
• Perform shelter construction/ shelter removal/ shelter relocation project from initial submission to the completion of shelter construction (including document preparation and permit application of various government and related parties)
• Responsible for structural maintenance of bus shelters
• Meeting with principals and related site parties to facilitate the work flow
• Prepare reports regarding each operation including photo taking
• Site work inspection, site installation and vendor monitoring (Macau/ China visit required)
• Report on progress and on variations or substandard works by contractors
• Monitor the shelter conditions with rectification done whenever necessary
• Perform safety inspection and safety audit
• Overnight installation work required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related field preferred
• Three years solid experience in project management
• Knowledge in MS office; preferably in CAD (not a must)
• Good command in English & Cantonese
• Driving license preferable
• Working location: Yau Tong
