Job Responsibilities:

• Create in-depth feature articles for magazines titles in an informative and interesting way that maintain the brand’s DNA, including print, website and social media platforms.
• Uphold editorial standard of the title, manage overall channel performance and translate creative content ideas into interesting editorials.
• Work closely with other departments to discuss issues like layout, illustrations, photo shoots and video shoots.
• Oversee artwork, design, photography and all visual content for the features
• Review final product, includes proofreading for all pages before going to press.
• Establish industry contacts to enhance the quality of both the print and online sections.
• Work with sales and marketing departments to create and edit promotional content.
• Supervise content team and manage their daily work processes, including team guidance and development programs.
• Manage freelance contributors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in any disciplines or equivalent.
• At Least 8 years’ experience in magazine editorial of features is preferable.
• Strong relationship with a network of freelance writers, stylists and industry experts.
• Significant knowledge of features topics, as well as a broad knowledge of topical interests in women’s magazines.
• Experience in video content creation is definitely an advantage.
• Exceptional writing/editing, communication and research skills are essential, as are self-motivation and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently
