Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving an important sales team, develop sales and business strategies and lead your team to implement them.
• Responsible for recruiting, guiding, training and motivating your team members.
• Drive new business development and identify new business opportunities within the market for the company
• Formulate short, medium, long goals and implementation plan.
• Perform account servicing and maintain good relationship with key clients.
• Work with product and marketing teams to set-up new package / product for selling and feedback client’s opinions to sales operation team.

Requirements:

• Tertiary Education.
• 3+ years solid sales management experience, strong leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Able to work under pressure with good business sense.
• Excellent property experience or online media experience is definitely an advantage.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
