Responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate media licensing deals with TV & radio broadcasters and other media platforms
• Support licensing negotiations for other deals by analyzing performance of existing deals, potential of new deals and providing key data to build arguments for deal renewals
• Manage licensing business to meet and surpass business goals
• Identify and execute new media licensing opportunities

Requirements

• University degree or above;

• A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in business affairs / development role, music licensing experience is a plus;
• Aggressive, self-discipline and able to work independently;
• Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen;
• Fluency in Cantonese and English;
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
