Responsibilities

• Draft / review legal correspondences and licensing agreements and take part in licensing negotiation
• Coordinate with internal licensing team and external lawyers on copyright infringement cases
• Participate in lobbying work on copyright reform and copyright protection

Requirements

• University degree or above
• 5 – 8 years of working experience in any discipline (Law related studies / Business Administration preferable but not a must)
• Strong interest in intellectual property protection
• Excellent commercial and legal drafting skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese & PC skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, with strong follow-through skills
• Work independently with minimum supervision
• Good communication and negotiation skills
