A sizeable Buying Office in Kowloon, is looking for high calibre candidates to fill following position :

5 days, medical scheme, double pay,  bonus, study allowance, bank holidays - 15 days annual leave

Job requirements:

- F. 7/ Diploma holder or  above

- 5 to 10 years’ solid merchandising experience with overseas buyer, vendor, factories exposure with wide range of products (e.g. hardgoods, toys, sundries products).

- Able to manage sourcing, development, production & delivery process

- Strong in communication & negotiation skills with clients, Mainland China factories & team members

- Knowledge in factory compliance and quality control is an advantage

- Maintain good relationship with visit to both supplier and overseas buyer Handling inquiries from overseas customers

- Product sourcing, new collection development for customers’ sales plan, provide solutions to customers

- Handling samples, follow-up orders, product testing, inspections, monitor production and shipment schedule

- Cultivate potential suppliers;

- Managing works with factories/vendors in full-range of merchandising activities

- Maintaining internal systems for sourcing and orders;

- Manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier

- Follow up the production process from confirmation to shipment, with problem solving skills

- Good command of English/Putonghua and proficient in MS office

- Immediately available or short notice is highly preferable
