Our client is a well established manufacturing company located in Kowloon side.  They are now inviting high caliber personnel to fill up vacancies of Senior Merchandiser and Merchandiser (Underwear / Swimwear).

Accountabilities

• Handle full merchandising work including product development, sampling, costing, solving technical problems, coordination with suppliers & liaison with overseas buyers, orders processing, making quotation, price & terms negotiation, quality improvement to mass production and delivery arrangement
• Follow up samples & production status, strike off, lab dips, fitting, size-set to be sent to buyers or technical department for approval
• Identify new suppliers and evaluate the existing suppliers
• Coordinate with Quality Department for pre-shipment inspection

Attributes

• Diploma in Textile & Clothing or related disciplines
• 4-8 years' underwear / swimwear merchandising experience, ideally with manufacturer
• Self motivated, diligent, responsible and able to work under pressure and independently
• Ability to maintain good relationship with oversea buyers and suppliers
• Familiar with EU markets
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel, Chinese Word Processing & Outlook
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly regarded
