Support the Eddie Bauer corporate strategy for the wholesale business.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the documentation to confirm correct for specific Wholesale customer
• Create and Manage PO’s in the system
• Follow up with vendors for Packaging and Materials Submission and Testing
• Sample chasing
• Monitor Product Test submission on-time and review result
• Schedule with vendors for Inspection arrangement
• Shipping & Logistic follow up

Requirement:

• Diploma in textile and clothing or related subject
• 4-6 years relevant merchandising experiences
• Experience in product development and production follow-up
• Ability to travel as needed to factories
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good computer skills e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Team player with mature, pleasant, and outgoing personality
• Creative, organized and detail oriented, self-motivated, target oriented and good analytical mind
• Ability to lead a group or team, without a solid reporting structure
• Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Work independently
• Good work ethic
• Flexibility of the company structure and changing
