An Office Supplies Distributor located in Tsuen Wan is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements:  

- Higher Diploma or above

- 3-4 years experience in product / vendor sourcing & purchasing skills

- Excellent communication skill in both English & Chinese; Mandarin preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel applications, knowledge in SAP an advantage

- Good numerical sense and solid experience in data analysis

- Good planning & organizing skills, detailed mind, good interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to handle a large product range independently, meet tight deadlines and able to work under pressure

- Occasional travel to China is required 

*Key Responsibilities:   

- Work closely with the Sales team to develop product range for corporate customers

- Responsible for supplier sourcing

- Establish close relationship with major suppliers

- Negotiate competitive product pricing and business terms

- Monitor suppliers’ performance including production schedule, product quality and delivery service

- Salary: 18-20K 

- Benefit: 5 days work, 12 months salary+bonus, bank holiday, 12 days annual leave, medical & MPF
