Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Merchandiser in daily follow-up of product development and orders. 
• Work closely with buying teams in Italy in transforming design ideas into bulk production.
• Understand the T&A to manage a product life cycle from product development, commercialization to products exporting.
• Work with vendors for development sampling, initial costs and counter costing.
• Order follow up included tracking fit and materials approval status.
• Ensures PLM and other systems are up-keeping data maintained.
• Resolve production issues and ensure on time delivery.
• Work with QA and vendors to ensure all commercial decision and standards are met.
• Monitor testing of products with technical team to meet company requirement.
• Handle the ad-hoc projects
• Coordinate the Buying Meeting for overseas buyers and vendors.

Qualifications:

• High Diploma or above in textile, merchandising, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3-year related experiences in apparel sourcing, product development, and production particularly for EEC market and Jacket/ Outerwear.
• Working experience in sizable buying office or trading company is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills and proactively suggest solutions to meet deliverables.
• Self-motivation, work effectively under pressure.
• Demonstrates eagerness to learn and explore new ways of approaching goals.
• Proficient in Excel and other MS applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
