Shipping Clerk/ Account Clerk/ Assistant Merchandiser/ Merchandiser 

1) Assistant Merchandiser/ Merchandiser 

– Home textile/ Plush Pillow/ Plush Toys/ Dec pillow/ Blanket

• Over 4 years of experience in related merchandising field, mainly in Home textile trading or buying office with handle U.S direct shipment experience will be at an advantage.
• Self-motivated, pro-active,detail-oriented and independent working style
• Good MS Office (Excel / Word / Outlook) skills
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
• Travel to China necessary
• Looking for a merchandiser who has experience in handling quote sheets, shipping and documentation for Walmart Direct Orders.

2) Shipping Clerk 

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping companies, with solid knowledge of shipping procedures including Import Export documents, customs declaration, order entry and processing, invoicing etc. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications, knowledge of trade link, SAP is preferred
  Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  Responsible, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure, with positive working attitude as a good team player

3) Account Clerk 

• Minimum 5 years working experience (preferably with trading experience)
• Manage full set of accounting activities and support daily accounting operations
• Accounts Receivable and issue statement to customer.
• Prepare all payments on a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare monthly financial statements and bank reconciliation
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as assigned
• Liaise with External Auditors and Banking
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English
