Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide full support to the Sales and Procurement Department
- Handle enquiries from customers
- Prepare sales and purchase orders and related documents
- Closely follow up with order status
- Liaise with China factory and overseas customers
- Negotiate order terms with vendors and logistic companies
- Arrange import and export shipments
Requirements:
- Diploma graduates with at least 2 years order processing experience
- Knowledge and experience in logistic is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, email and Chinese input
- Initiative, responsible, well organized and able to work under pressure
