Job Description

Assistant Buyer

The Job:

Exemption and other regulatory applications to the HK Food Departments;
Maintain sufficient stock quantity of all inventory
Maintain master list of all products
Fulfill all shop orders
Assist in packing sweets for shops and customer orders

Requirements:

Highly organized , self-motivated and detail-orientated
Good command of English. Chinese will be a bonus
Good PC Skills

Store Managers / Full time & Part time Retail Assistants

The job:

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries
Understand the customers’ need and perform suggestive sell
Promote upcoming events and new product / book releases
Manage the routine operations duties including the shop opening and settlement everyday
Maintain a clean and tidy shop environment and assist in arranging the promotion displays
Assist in inventory management including the deliveries
Perform cashiering

Requirements:

At least one year of retail experience preferred
Good command of spoken English (Cantonese and Mandarin are ideal)
With strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, be well-organized and independent
Passionate about the products applicable to either books, party ware or chocolate
Available to work in shifts and during weekends
Working locations: Bookazine, Partytime or Sweet World
