Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Source the right suppliers/factories in Asian production market;
• Process product inquiries, price quotation, bench-marking and negotiation;
• Samples handling, product development and evaluation in a timely manner;
• Sample logging, packing and delivery arrangement;
• Liaise with European buyers and lead the buying trips;
• Communicate with suppliers in ensuring their understanding and meeting with our requirement;
• Comply work according to social compliance and quality assurance policies;
• Secure and efficient order follow up process;
• Take care of contracts that are relevant to the orders.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduate or (graduated in Sourcing/ Procurement or related disciple will be an advantage);
• At least 2 years merchandising experience in footwear products;
• Relevant working experience in Sourcing Office environment is preferred;
• Sound product knowledge and familiar with European market and testing standards;
• Team Player and able to work independently;
• Accurate and attention to details;
• Structured and analytical with good problem-solving skills;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Good project management skills, able to meet deadlines;
• Excellent of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office, experience in CBX/SAP System would be a plus;
• Willing to travel to China, South and Southeast Asia;
• Immediate available or short notice period is highly preferred.

Assistant Merchandiser

 Responsibilities:

• Support merchandising administration work for the team
• Assist in product development including collecting quotes and samples in a timely manner
• Secure production information and data management in our specific IT system
• Sample logging, packing and delivery arrangement
• Manage and organize samples storage
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery status record

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above graduate or (graduated in Sourcing/Procurement will be an advantage)
• 1 year working experience in buying office/Trading company
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Able to work independently, accurately and detail-oriented;
• Responsible and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; excellent PC knowledge
• Experience in CBX/SAP System would be a plus
• Excellent of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Opportunity to travel to China and Asia
• Immediate available Is preferred
