Assistant Merchandiser - Sales
Responsibilities:
- Manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations
- Follow-up orders and enquirers including liaison between customers and suppliers
- Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development & QAQC team
- Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data
- Work with customers and factories independently
- Maintains accurate information to system
- Ensure on-time shipment delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising,
- Form 7 or above education
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word is a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects, partners and priorities independently
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure
- Proactive, good communication skills and inter-departments
- Willing to work overtime and travel PRC
Assistant Merchandiser - Product development
Responsibilities:
- Experience in “Plush Toys” field is preferable.
- Communicate with design team for product development
- Develop ranges within budget requirements for product profitability
- Manage quotations, price analysis and price negotiations with supplier
- Create documentation for the smooth development of the product cycle
- Monitor the development progress till the product is released to production on time
- Follow-up orders and enquirers including liaison between customers and suppliers, and to ensure on-time shipment delivery for the orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in merchandising, must have toys field experience;
- Form 7 or above education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects, partners and priorities independently
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
