Responsibilities:

• Implement, plan and monitor the development of various projects
• Coordinate various projects to ensure that the projects are accomplished in time, within budget and to required quality;
• Communicate engineering issues with project teams;
• Consolidate project requirements from various stakeholders in finalizing project briefs,
• Work with internal cross-functional teams during design, engineering and validation phases to produce designs, to proceed the procurement process, and to deliver finished products
• Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in accomplishing project objectives;
• Perform supplier sourcing, review and evaluation
• Support to perform quotation analysis with vendors
• Support to identify, approach and implement of sales strategies and closing sales deals
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor degree in Business or related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Footwear or Accessories and handling US market
• Strong in multi-disciplinary design coordination. Demonstration of good design appreciation strength will be expected;
• Good management skills for rapid development cycles
• Self-driven, independent, team-working, problem solving with good interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Station in Dong Guan district required
• More experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandize Manager
