Responsibilities :

• Assist Management team to formulate and control designated brands OTB from given financial targets and strategic goals.
• Assist the team to explore New brands & development of new retail chains
• Prepare regular sales report to management team for business analysis.
• Supports the team in day-to-day administrative tasks to improve inventory monitoring
• Coordinate with logistic team and suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
• Preparing product training materials and communicate with frontline staff regularly to enhance their selling skill
• Work closely with operations and marketing team on promotion activities to boost sales

Requirements :

• Tertiary educated or above in any discipline;
• At least 1 year experience merchandising or buying experience;
• Previous exposure in reputable chain-store operations will be advantageous;
• Good product sense & well-organized;
• Be numerate, self-motivated as well as customer focus mindset;
• Able to work independently & frequent store visit is required;
• Good PC proficiency; and
• Good command of spoken & written English, spoken Cantonese.
