The Job

• Provide administrative support to Category team
• Prepare and update categories planograms
• Coordinate with vendors to arrange display material to stores
• Arrange products allocation and return arrangement in-order to achieve categories sales
• Assist Category Managers implement new projects or category promotions to achieve company goal
• Handle and monitor large production jobs in system entry, promotion code and allocation
• Support and conduct the categories data analysis and system data maintenance

The Person

• Degree holder with 2 years working experience, preferable in FMCG or retail industry
• Good analytical skills and sensitive to figures for preparing data and reports
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good use of Excel (V-lookup & Pivot) and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skill, proactive and self-motivated
• Fresh graduates with strong business acumen will be considered
