Our Client is a well-known global sportswear brand and now looking for a Regional Merchandising Planner (Footwear/ Apparel) to join their energetic crew.

Position Summary:
A Key member of the footwear merchandising team working under the guidance of the Regional Planning Manager. Primary responsibilities include providing support in merchandise planning and forecast for APAC markets; managing the integrity of planning data and system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing a merchandise financial plan for the retail and wholesale business.
• Assist in monitoring seasonal forecast by preparing a regular update on planning documents.
• Generate and analyze key business reports regularly to support the business decision.
• Work closely with Regional Category Merchandising Managers to ensure the product information is up to date.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the planning data.
• Coordinate with different category team to ensure global project timelines are met.
• Coordinate the sample election for the markets.
• Organize and coordinate the set-up of key regional meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in fashion, textile design, merchandising or equivalent.
• Around 2-3 years merchandise and planning experiences. Candidates with sportswear industry or retail background are highly preferred.    
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail minded and sensitive to numbers.
• Well organized and a good team player.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Immediate available is preferred.
