Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management relevant disciplines;
- At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in the watch industry or related industry;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
- Familiar with ERP system e.g. SAP;
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English, good in Mandarin;
- Strong in problem solving skills, negotiation skill, communication skill & work effectively in cross-cultural business environment;
- Possess good teamwork attitude, proactive and result orientated;
- Willingness to travel to China.
Job Description:
- Electronics components sourcing, benchmarking, cost evaluation, sampling, etc;
- Develop and select suppliers according to Polar Supplier Requirements;
- Monitor, measure and evaluate suppliers’ performance;
- Manage and maintain good relationship with suppliers;
- Develop and implement of logistic program such as JIT, VMI;
- Support in supplier quality management; such as System Audit.
Candidate will be considered as Sourcing Engineer / Sourcing Officer / Assistant Sourcing Engineer / Assistant Sourcing Officer according to their education and experience.
