Our client is a well known market leader and are looking for a young & energetic member to join their team: 

Responsibilities: 

• Build the company three-year strategic planning process from scratch, including design plan document template, create timeline, assign ownership
• Take lead for team training and coaching of the new process and template
• Enforce ownership and ensure on-time delivery of plan documents
• Build show and online strategy review process from scratch
• Prepare CEO board and other presentations
• Participate in various planning of senior executive meetings
• Will have access to highly confidential information

Requirements: 

• Degree holder
• At least one year of management consulting or strategic planning experience
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
• Good communicator and presenter
• Energetic and enjoy interacting with people
• Good analytic and critical thinking skills
• A self-starter with strong curiosity who is eager to learn
• Able to travel up to 10% of the time
• Experience working in management consulting firms and trade show companies an advantageous
