Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing company secretarial documents for the listed company and its subsidiaries;
- Organizing board meetings, committees meetings and shareholders meeting;
- Assisting in preparation of annual and interim reports, announcements, circulars and other disclosure documentation;
- Maintaining/updating statutory records; and
- Assist under guidance in analyzing legal and regulatory issues and preparing relevant documents.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or related disciplines;
- Associate or Student member of HKICS/ICSA is preferred;
- At least 2 years company secretarial experience, experience in listed companies is preferred;
- Basic knowledge in Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules;
- Good command of English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin is preferred;
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, responsible and a good team player; and
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing.
